Is there an app for the conference?

What are the registration desk hours?

Tuesday, March 5th – 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, March 6th – 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 7th – 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

What are the dates for the pre-conference?

COSUGI facilitated pre-conference sessions will be held on March 5th.

How long is the full conference?

The full conference begins on Wednesday, March 6 and ends Friday, March 8 in the afternoon.

Will there be a virtual option for the conference?

There are no plans to record or to try to support a hybrid model for this conference. The costs involved with doing so are outside the COSUGI budget at this time. However, COSUGI 2025 will be a virtual conference.

What types of discounts are available for registration?

  • COSUGI members receive a $150 discount on the cost of the full conference.
  • Presenters are eligible for up to $100 off their registration.

What is the registration cutoff date?

 Attendees may register up to the day the conference begins.

What exhibitors will be at COSUGI?

Transportation

The Salt Lake City airport is located 45 miles north of Provo. It takes approximately one hour by car or two hours by public transportation to reach Provo.

What are the transportation options for getting to Provo from the Salt Lake City airport?

About the Convention Center

How far is the Frontrunner station from the Utah Valley Convention Center?

The Utah Valley Convention Center is six blocks north of the FrontRunner Provo Central Station. Buses are also available from Provo Central Station to the Utah Valley Convention Center. Map

Lodging

Where can I find the conference hotel information?

The conference hotel is the Provo Marriott Hotel and Conference Center

Food

What meals are included with the conference registration?

Conference meals include lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, as well as morning and afternoon breaks. Attendees can also purchase breakfast vouchers when registering (continental breakfast options only). The vouchers will be good for approximately three options at a kiosk in the convention center.

About Provo

Are there any restaurants or things to do near the convention center?

Yes, there are many local restaurants within walking distance. The UVX bus runs through Provo to Orem where you can go to the University Mall or BYU or UVU campus. 

What is the weather like in Provo in March?

Payment

I selected to pay with a check. Where do I need to send that?

Check payments for registration must be received by 2/1/2024. Please mail your check payment to:

How do I get an invoice if I chose to pay with a check?

How do I make a group payment?

Group payments may be made with check or credit card. Please contact Frances Orton at admin@cosugi.org or 801-226-6054 with questions.

My institution needs a copy of COSUGI's W-9 form to allow payment. Where can I find that?

Cancellations

What is the cancellation policy

Cancellation must be received in writing via email or mail by 2/15/2024 in order to receive a refund. Cancellation notifications made by that date will receive a refund less a $15.00 processing fee. Any cancellations after that day will not receive a refund. Please contact Frances Orton to make any cancellations at:
